Camille 6mo continued . . .
Some 6 mo. snapshots of Camille.
She is enjoying her babyfood and loves her big sister and brother . . . they are great with her!!!
She is a content and happy baby.
She is about 16lbs now and is pretty petite for her age . . . minus the leg rolls :)!
And still no teeth- I thought she was getting her bottom two, 2 months ago.

Camille trying hard to crawl . . . and yet decides that rolling is much easier!!!
She loves just playing on the floor with her chew toys.
Another thing she started this month is along with sucking her thumb, she has decided that her two fingers are yummy too!

This is such a Camille face- I love it!!!

Camille turns 6 months ~

This was a busy month for little Camille . . . trying hard to crawl, and also trying to tackle this sitting up all by herself thing!!! At the beginning of her 6months, she simply found it easier to roll every where. I called her rolly polly!
Then she realized she had these things called knees that bend. She still hasn't totally mastered the art of crawling, but is almost there. She does move her arms and legs together but just isn't quite there . . . army crawling gets her pretty much everywhere she needs to go - and quickly at that!

The lady taking Camille's pictures asked if she was sitting up yet- I said not quite.
We decided to try the shot anyways, and that was when I realized she is sitting up.

SURPRISE!!! . . . Happy 60th!!!
November 1, 2008

Ok, so after we showed up Halloween night, Dan's dad definitely knew something was up!
We just acted like we were all going out for dinner the next night to celebrate his 60th Birthday.
He was really surprised when he walked in! Carla did a great job in putting it together and keeping everything a secret! My favorite was the slide show Rob put together of his dad Rick.
What a great evening with Family!!!

The Birthday Boy . . . Rick and Carla. My father and mother in law.
Rick catching up with friends!
Rob and Sarah sang a song and did such a great job!
Rick and his Mother, Julia Yacoviello.
Rick and 2 of his 3 brothers with their Mother.

Rick and Carla with their 3 sons- Rob, Rick and Dan.

Carlee and Nicholas getting ready to go to Grandpa's big party!

Camille- this headband looks like it is squeezing her head to pieces!!!

Trying to get a decent pic (especially with Nicholas) is pretty much impossible!

However, Carlee is always ready to get her picture taken . . . such a cheeser!!!

Aunt Marge with Camille. Camille loved her!!!
(Aunt Marge is Grandma Julia Yacoviello's sister)

Carlee wanted to draw her cousin Marshall something for Halloween, since it is his favorite Holiday! So she drew the above picture and sent it to him. I thought it was pretty good! She loves to be creative and draw!!!

OCTOBER 30th
My little Cowboy and Indian Girls!!!
We had sort of a different Halloween this year. Since we were going to PA to surprise Dan's dad for his 60th Birthday, we weren't going to be home on Halloween. We took the kids to Dan's work. They had Trick or Treat at the desks and then a little carnival with games and all in the basement.
The kids really enjoyed it and had a great time!!!

Trick or Treating at Daddy's work . . . Notice Nicholas in the background! He cracks me up!!!

Candy, Candy, Candy . . .

Mommy with her sweet Indian Girls!!!

A very decorated desk! (I got onto Dan for being a party pooper and not decorating his desk!)

. . . . and more Candy!!!

Camille wondering what in the world all this is about!?!

After Trick or Treating we took the kids down to the basement where there were carnival games and treats and activities for the kids. They did a great job and had so much fun stuff for the kids to do! Daddy helped Nick and Carlee decorate a little pumpkin.

This picture still cracks me up! On the way home, Dan ran in Subway to get dinner . . . while he was inside everyone was quiet, so I turned back to look and see why they were so quiet and all I saw was candy being shoved into their mouths!!! Nick had chocolate everywhere!

October 31st ~Halloween in PA

This was the first time the kids were at Grandma and Grandpa Yacoviello's for Halloween. It was different and fun! We got there around 5:30pm and stopped up at their cousins to go Trick or Treating. Then after Trick or Treating in their small town, we went down to Dan's parents and surprised his Dad big time!!! He couldn't believe we were there!!!

Little Indian Camille and her Grandma!

Carlee, Nicholas and their cousin Ricky . . . getting ready to go Trick or Treating in Frankfort Springs. Notice Nick isn't too sure about Ricky's sharp vampire teeth!

A fun evening of Trick or Treating with Ricky!

Carlee loved it! She loves her cousins and thought it was so neat to spend Halloween there!

* Church Fall Festival *
October 2008
*Each year our church does a big outdoor fall festival that includes rides, games, food and music. It is free and open to the public and there are always a lot of people there. It is a great way for our church to open it's doors to the community.

Even though it was absolutely freezing that night, Carlee and Nicholas had a great time!
They enjoyed the rides and games!

This was the first ride they rode that night . . . Nicholas was amazed by the red dinasour!

Nicholas and Carlee riding another ride . . . I have no clue who the girl to the left is. All I know is there were a ton of kids in that family and they spoke Russian.

As we were waiting in line for the worm rollercoaster, we ran into some friends. So Carlee and Nicholas rode this ride with them several times.
Carlee and Addison (Carlee's friend from church) enjoying a ride.

5 of us crammed into the little bucket of this ride. It was funny! The kids loved it!
Needless to say, I should not have eaten a Butterfinger right before I got on it!

Time to Carve Mr. Pumpkin . . .
October 27, 2008

The kids were very excited about carving the pumpkin.
Carlee talked about carving it for several days.
This is Daddy and the kids coming up with a cool face to draw.

Drawing the pumpkins face . . . notice Daddy did a practice draw on the white trash bag!

Nicholas was very excited to see that there was some messy gooey stuff inside the pumpkin!
He laughed and got very excited!!!

Nicholas loved this part- of course because it is messy!!!
Carlee was a big help too!
And the final product . . . Daddy and the kids did a great job!!!
We tried giving him a name, but the kids just stuck with Pumpkin (I know, very original!).
